- Experience using CRM systems is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Support the sales team in daily operations and administrative activities.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
- Process customer orders and coordinate with relevant departments for timely delivery.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product or service information.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and delivery schedules.
- Generate sales reports and maintain accurate sales records.
- Coordinate with finance, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Assist in identifying sales opportunities and customer requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and support customer retention efforts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or inside sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience using CRM systems is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
