Inside Sales/Counter Sales Representative

Responsibilities

• Directly servicing the customer via phone & counter sales
• Processing orders, inquiries & quotations
• Maintaining a high level of customer service
• Confirming stock availability and suggesting alternatives
• Putting away counter stock
• Maintaining the showroom and counter shelves
• Picking, receiving and shipping duties when required
• Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal & written and an ability to impart knowledge
• Product knowledge of the electrical business is essential
• Good organizational skills
• Computer literacy – proficient with all Microsoft Office and familiar with the AS400
• Minimum 3 years experience in the electrical industry.
• The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is CAD 50000 – 65000. Final compensation within this range will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. This range does not include variable pay or other components of Rexel’s total rewards package.
