The Inshore Survey Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and delivery of nearshore cable route surveys worldwide.

This includes coordination of vessels, personnel and equipment and management of contractors to achieve objectives, while maintaining high data quality and operational standards.

Acting as the key interface between field teams, suppliers and stakeholders, the Inshore Survey Manager also oversees resource allocation and budget performance within a dynamic inshore operating environment.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of inshore survey activities, including coordination of nearshore vessels, field teams, and mobilisation logistics.
• Plan and allocate personnel and equipment resources across concurrent inshore projects to meet programme, client, and contractual requirements.
