Role Overview
The Innovative Design Thinker will transform complex business challenges into practical, user-centered solutions.
The role works with product, design, engineering, marketing, and business teams to improve customer experiences and support growth.
The position is identified as full-time and mid-level to senior.
Responsibilities
- Apply design thinking to customer and business challenges and conduct research through interviews, workshops, surveys, and observation.
- Translate user insights, business requirements, and market trends into solution concepts, personas, journey maps, and user flows.
- Facilitate ideation sessions and evaluate concepts for customer value, business impact, feasibility, cost, and scalability.
- Create prototypes, wireframes, mockups, service blueprints, and proof-of-concept solutions for validation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders and conduct usability testing to refine proposed solutions.
- Analyze customer feedback, behavioral data, market trends, and competitive insights for innovation initiatives.
- Support product innovation, service design, digital transformation, and business process improvement projects.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership and support implementation measurement.
