Role Overview
The employer is seeking an experienced Commercial Director to lead revenue generation, commercial strategy, sales performance, business development, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy aligned with organizational growth plans.
- Lead sales, business development, account management, and commercial functions against revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify markets, customer segments, products, partnerships, and revenue opportunities.
- Develop market expansion and go-to-market strategies.
- Build strategic relationships with customers, partners, distributors, investors, and senior stakeholders.
- Lead high-value negotiations, commercial agreements, pricing strategies, contracts, and strategic partnerships.
- Oversee the commercial lifecycle from opportunity identification through acquisition and account growth.
- Develop forecasts, budgets, sales plans, pricing models, and performance targets.
- Monitor revenue, margin, pipeline, conversion, acquisition, retention, and profitability KPIs.
- Conduct market, competitor, customer, and commercial opportunity analyses.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Product, and Operations on customer and commercial requirements.
- Develop commercial teams, establish accountability frameworks, and present recommendations to executive leadership.
