- Execute topology and weight optimization studies for metallic and composite components
- Collaborate with design teams to improve performance while minimizing weight
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in aerospace, aircraft, eVTOL, or high performance structural analysis
- Expert knowledge of Ansys Mechanical and Ansys Composite PrepPost (ACP)
- Strong understanding of composite failure criteria, including Tsai Wu, Hashin, and related methodologies
- Experience with structural optimization techniques and lightweight design
- Ability to interpret simulation results and provide practical design recommendations
