- Design compact, ultra lightweight wheel assemblies, steering systems, and hub integrations optimized for constrained packaging environments
- Develop high stress, high precision tilting mechanisms for propulsion system transition and flight operations
- Engineer structural mountings and mechanical hardware for testing and simulation platforms
- Perform kinematic analysis and mechanical system optimization to maximize reliability, efficiency, and weight reduction
- Collaborate with structural, simulation, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless system integration
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Formula 1, high performance automotive, electric vehicles, aerospace, or eVTOL mechanical design
- Strong expertise in mechanical mechanisms, linkages, kinematics, and lightweight structures
- Proficiency in CAD software (CATIA, NX, SolidWorks, or equivalent)
- Advanced knowledge of aerospace aluminum alloys, titanium, and composite integrated structures
- Experience designing safety critical, high load mechanical systems

Overview
