Role Overview
The Infrastructure & Security Manager leads governance, resilience, and security across enterprise IT environments.
The role supports secure, scalable, and high-performance operations across hybrid infrastructure landscapes.
Key Focus Areas
- Oversee corporate network architecture, on-premise data centre environments, hybrid cloud platforms, and enterprise cybersecurity controls.
- Govern infrastructure operations delivered through managed service providers, security operations centres, and specialized third-party vendors.
- Align operations with enterprise architecture standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS Controls.
- Lead infrastructure strategy and architecture governance.
- Manage security risk and compliance alignment.
- Govern vendor technical performance and service-level agreement performance.
- Oversee identity and access governance, including RBAC, MFA, and privileged access.
- Strengthen business continuity and disaster recovery resilience.
- Coordinate incident response across internal and external providers.
Candidate Profile
- Strong experience in enterprise infrastructure environments is required.
- Experience with Active Directory, VMware or Hyper-V, networking, and hybrid cloud ecosystems is required.
- The candidate must be able to translate technical risk into business impact.
- Relevant security and infrastructure governance frameworks include ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS Controls.
