Role Overview
We are seeking a Director of Infrastructure Engineering to oversee a high-performance infrastructure team, ensuring scalable, secure, and resilient systems.
The role involves driving architectural decisions and operational excellence to support rapid innovation and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of global infrastructure platforms, including cloud, networking, and security.
- Build and mentor a team of engineers to deliver high-impact infrastructure solutions.
- Define and enforce infrastructure standards, policies, and best practices.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to align infrastructure roadmaps with business objectives.
- Ensure 24/7 availability and performance of critical systems through proactive monitoring and incident response.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience managing large-scale infrastructure teams in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Strong background in networking, security, and compliance frameworks.
- Proven track record in scaling systems to support high-growth applications.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
