GAC Group is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join its IT team in Dubai.

The role supports technology infrastructure for shipping, logistics, and marine services from the GAC Dubai Office in Jebel Ali Free Zone.

Provide technical support to users for IT equipment and peripherals.
Maintain equipment configuration details and recommend necessary upgrades.
Maintain and administer routers, switches, fax servers, and other network equipment.
Back up and verify data on network servers.
Assist with IT infrastructure projects, including office relocations.
Install and maintain security updates on computers and servers.
Liaise with telecommunications vendors for IT procurement and support.

Computer Engineering graduate or equivalent.
Certification in network and security, including CCNA.
Experience configuring network switches, routers, and network printers.
Experience managing Microsoft and Novell servers.
Experience with hardware and software diagnostics, fax server installation, and troubleshooting.
At least two years of experience in hardware design, management, operation, and maintenance of PCs and network infrastructure.
