About the role
GAC Group is hiring a Customer Service Administrator for its customer service team in Dubai.
The role executes logistics administrative functions, coordinates documentation flow and provides customer service.

Location and employment
- Location: Dubai, UAE.
- Employment type: Full-time.
What will your day look like?
- Coordinate import and export shipments based on customer needs and priorities.
- Process principal orders through the company system.
- Prepare customs documentation in line with applicable regulations.
- Coordinate schedules with operations teams and communicate transport requirements.
- Track shipments until they reach their destination.
- Escalate complaints and service issues promptly.
- Respond to customer requests and support timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate with internal stakeholders.
