Infrastructure Engineer

Content Guru is a leading global provider of enterprise cloud Customer Experience (CX) and contact centre solutions and is at the forefront of the Generative AI evolution.

We're looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join us at our head office in Bracknell, Berkshire.

In this role, you'll manage and maintain the development platform that underpins our development teams, supporting the build, test and release of products prior to deployment on multi-tenanted cloud platforms serving customers across the finance, blue light and government sectors.

What we are looking for

We're seeking a motivated infrastructure professional with at least 2 years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or infrastructure operations.

You'll contribute to the design, delivery and maintenance of globally distributed cloud infrastructure, ensuring resilience, scalability and performance.

This role is based at our head office in Bracknell, Berkshire.

• Design and implement scalable, resilient infrastructure solutions with zero-downtime deployment practices
• Provide hands-on support for operational issues and platform reliability
• Automate workflows and processes to improve efficiency
• Contribute to infrastructure-as-code and DevOps pipelines
