About the Role
Quisitive is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to join our Azure Managed Services (AMS) team. In this role, you will support and maintain Azure environments for enterprise customers while gaining hands-on experience with cloud operations, automation, DevOps, and modern infrastructure technologies.
This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys troubleshooting, scripting, improving operational processes, and working in Azure-based environments.
What You Will Do
- Support and manage Azure cloud infrastructure across customer environments
- Troubleshoot issues involving virtual machines, networking, storage, backups, and identity services
- Monitor system health and respond to incidents, alerts, and service requests
- Automate routine tasks using PowerShell and Azure CLI
- Assist with infrastructure deployments and configuration changes
- Work with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and other operational tools
- Participate in patching, maintenance, backup validation, and performance optimization activities
- Collaborate with senior engineers on automation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in on-call and 24X7 operational support rotations
What We Are Looking For
5-7 years of experience in infrastructure, cloud operations, or systems administration
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure
Knowledge of Azure Virtual Machines, networking, storage, Azure Backup, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
Experience with PowerShell or scripting and automation tools
Understanding of monitoring, incident management, and operational support
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Nice to Have
AZ-104 Azure Administrator certification
Azure DevOps experience
Terraform or Infrastructure as Code exposure
Experience supporting customer-facing environments
