Visit us here to learn more about Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex infrastructure construction projects based in Ottawa. This role is responsible for managing projects from functional program development through design, implementation, and close-out, while ensuring alignment with approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. The successful candidate will bring strong infrastructure and construction project delivery experience and a proven ability to manage multiple aspects of projects end-to-end while building and maintaining strong client relationships. Local and/or airport experience are considered assets but not requirements. (Internal Title: Project Management III) Execute and manage all phases of construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget Manage assigned projects or project elements from initiation through completion in collaboration with the Senior Project Manager or Project Lead Lead project delivery from functional program development through design, implementation, and close-out Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource requirements in consultation with stakeholders and clients Assign and manage human and material resources required to successfully deliver projects Formulate and implement resource allocation strategies to distribute work and budgets effectively Authorize work management and maintain control of project delivery in accordance with approved project plans Monitor project staff performance to ensure excellence and adherence to timelines and quality standards Ensure compliance with overall project scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans Track, monitor, and report on project performance, milestones, budgets, quality measures, and KPIs, implementing corrective actions as required Evaluate project effectiveness through consultation with clients and project teams Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Working Conditions Hybrid work environment (minimum four days per week in the office) Ottawa-based position Qualification Minimum 8 years of experience in Project Management Proven experience managing complex infrastructure projects from functional program development through design, implementation, and close-out Construction management experience, including oversight of on-site construction activities Local, Ottawa-based experience on Federal Government projects is an asset.
