Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant industry certifications such as MCSE , VMware , or equivalent.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
Technical Expertise
Strong hands-on experience with:
Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Windows Server, and Domain Management.
Microsoft 365 and Office 365 administration.
Azure AD and cloud-based services.
VMware virtualization technologies.
Cisco networking solutions.
Firewalls, VPNs, IPSEC technologies, and network security.
Data center operations and enterprise infrastructure environments.
Storage, backup, disaster recovery, and monitoring solutions.
IP Telephony, MPLS, Internet VPN, and connectivity services.
Information security controls and best practices.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
