Role Overview
AWS Infrastructure Services designs, plans, delivers, and operates global infrastructure supporting data centers, servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling.
The Infra Ops Program Manager coordinates financial planning, process management, operational metrics, and organizational performance across infrastructure programs.
The role supports operational excellence, cost reduction, process standardization, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Create cost-saving initiatives, track financial efficiency, and lead financial planning across operational domains.
- Develop dashboards and tracking mechanisms for infrastructure site status and operational performance.
- Coordinate and present KPIs, compile executive-level reports, and maintain documentation standards.
- Serve as the primary contact for external audits and coordinate infrastructure site deployments.
- Create clear documentation and presentations from complex data.
- Provide analytical recommendations that support strategic decisions.
Basic Qualifications
- At least 5 years of program or project management experience.
