About the Role
Seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support and maintain IT infrastructure for an automotive company in Doha. The role involves troubleshooting hardware/software, managing networks, servers, CCTV, and IP telephony.

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, printer, scanner, and Microsoft Office related issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Support and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi Fi, VPN, and network infrastructure
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Fortinet firewalls and network security devices
- Install Ruijee network switches, routers, access points, and internet connectivity
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Servers, Active Directory, Domain Controllers, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and file servers
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, NVR systems, and monitoring solutions
- Troubleshoot CCTV connectivity and recording issues
- Install, configure, and support Yealink IP phones; provide technical support for call center operations and telephony infrastructure
- Support PBX systems, SIP trunks, IVR configuration, and call routing
- Maintain IT asset inventory and asset tracking records; maintain IT racks, patch panels, cable management, and labeling standards
- Provide support for CRM, DMS, booking systems, ticketing systems, and business applications
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Fortinet Firewalls, CCTV, and IP Telephony
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, and DHCP
- Experience supporting multi site environments is preferred
- Fluent in English required; Arabic is an advantage
- Strong communication and customer service skills

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration.
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Fortinet Firewalls, CCTV, and IP Telephony.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, and DHCP.
- Experience supporting multi site environments is preferred.
- Preferred Certifications: Microsoft Certified (M365 / Windows Server MCSA), Fortinet NSE Certification, CCNA, ITIL Foundation, CompTIA Network+ or Security+.
Soft Skills
- Language: Fluent in English required. Arabic is an advantage.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non technical users and prioritize tasks under pressure.
