About the Role
AL ETIHAD GOLD is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide L1 & L2 technical support for hardware, software, networking, and infrastructure. The role requires 2-4 years of experience, a degree in Computer Science or IT, and expertise in FortiGate firewalls, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and endpoint security.

Responsibilities
- Provide L1 & L2 technical support for hardware, software, networking, and infrastructure incidents within agreed SLAs.
- Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and changes following ITIL best practices.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot FortiGate firewalls, VPN tunneling, and remote access solutions.
- Support and administer Microsoft 365 environments including E5 services.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain endpoint security solutions.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Servers and enterprise infrastructure services.
- Perform server monitoring, maintenance, patching, and performance optimization.
- Configure and manage NAS storage systems and managed enterprise switches.
- Maintain and troubleshoot enterprise networking components and structured cabling environments.
- Deploy and support VoIP/PBX systems such as Grandstream.
- Maintain and troubleshoot CCTV systems and surveillance infrastructure.
- Provide desktop support and full spectrum network troubleshooting for end users.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of work experience in IT support
- Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Experience with FortiGate firewall configuration and VPN management
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and E5 support
- Experience with Windows Server administration
- Experience with endpoint security solutions
- Experience with NAS storage configuration
- Experience with CCTV systems
- Experience with VoIP/PBX systems (Grandstream preferred)
