• Tenant optimisation and ongoing administration of Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams; information protection (labels/DLP/retention/eDiscovery), conditional access alignment, mailbox/teams/site governance, and general Entra ID user/group/service principal hygiene.
• **Enterprise Voice & Office Telephony.**
• Deploy and manage cloud & physical office IP telephony solution, numbers/porting, auto-attendants, call queues,business hours/holidays, basic call-centre features, recording/policies, headsets/handsets.
• **Security, Resilience& Endpoint Protection.**
• Deploy and operate EDR/NGAV,email security/anti-phish, vulnerability and patch management, device compliance enforcement, secure web/DNS filtering; backup/restore for M365 and endpoints; incident response coordination with SOC.

• Lifecycle management of collaboration spaces, digital whiteboards, cameras/mics/displays, room scheduling, firmwarehygiene, remote monitoring and break-fix.
