About the Role

  • At Vivid Adapt, we are scaling a global infrastructure. As a fast growing, international technology firm operating across more than 6 countries, we are looking for a proactive IT Administrator to join our team in Dubai.

Core Responsibilities

  • Infrastructure Management: Own the stability, security, and performance of our local IT infrastructure in Dubai, ensuring high availability for our international operations.
  • Proactive System Maintenance: Actively monitor systems to identify bottlenecks and vulnerabilities before they impact business growth.
  • AI Ready Integration: Assist in the deployment and security hardening of AI driven tools, ensuring they are integrated into our secure, robust foundation.
  • User Support & Enablement: Provide seamless technical support to the local team, acting as a technical partner rather than a 'help desk.'
  • Documentation & Governance: Maintain clear, concise documentation for systems and processes, ensuring our global standards are met locally.
  • Cross Border Collaboration: Work closely with our global IT teams to implement enterprise wide security policies, sharing insights that help us scale effectively across all regions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks, allowing us to focus on higher level strategic value for our customers.

Technical Qualifications

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent professional certification).
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in IT administration, system support, or a similar technical role.
  • Systems Proficiency: Hands on experience with Windows/Linux server administration, network configuration (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs), and identity management.
  • Cloud & Security: Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, or M365) and a foundational understanding of security hygiene (firewalls, endpoint protection, and backup protocols).
  • Technical Troubleshooting: A proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues efficiently.
