- Drive enterprise sales for Software Testing & Quality Engineering Services
- Identify and acquire new enterprise customers across UAE & GCC
- Build and manage CXO level relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Heads of QA, and Digital Transformation leaders
- Lead the complete sales lifecycle—from lead generation to deal closure
- Collaborate with Presales and Delivery teams to develop winning solutions
- Manage RFPs, commercial proposals, contract negotiations, and strategic partnerships
- Achieve revenue targets and expand existing enterprise accounts
Requirements
- 15+ years of enterprise IT/Testing Services sales experience
- Strong network within UAE/GCC enterprises
- Experience selling Testing, QA, Digital Engineering, or Managed Services
- Proven track record in enterprise hunting and large account management
- Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

- We are looking for a strategic sales professional to drive business growth, acquire new enterprise clients, and expand key accounts across the Middle East.
