Role Overview
Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects within the financial services sector, preferably banking.
The role requires project governance, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, regulatory awareness, and delivery experience across international or multi-country environments.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage project scope, schedule, cost, risks, resources, stakeholders, vendors, and delivery outcomes.
- Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, consultants, and third-party service providers.
- Work with senior management, business sponsors, technology teams, and external vendors in a structured governance environment.
- Apply Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery approaches.
- Maintain regulatory awareness during IT project delivery.
Mandatory Requirements
- PMP certification is mandatory.
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on project management experience.
- Experience delivering IT projects within financial services, preferably banking.
- Experience managing medium- to large-scale IT projects in banking or financial services environments.
- Experience managing projects in international, regional, or multi-country environments.
- Strong knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery approaches.
