- Design, implement, and support LAN, WAN, and MPLS network infrastructure
- Ensure secure and reliable internet connectivity with strong access control and security measures
- Monitor network performance, analyze logs, and troubleshoot infrastructure issues
- Manage network systems, domain access, and administrative operations
- Develop and maintain network documentation, standards, and procedures
- Evaluate and optimize network performance and recommend upgrades
- Support incident resolution and ensure compliance with IT policies and ITIL practices
- Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in network engineering, IT infrastructure, or similar roles
- Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, MPLS, DNS, DHCP, AD, and network security
- Hands on experience with Microsoft Server environments (2003/2008/2012), Exchange, IIS, ISA
- Experience with Cisco/HP/Juniper networking and server/storage environments
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and ITIL framework
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience in risk assessment and infrastructure compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or related field
- Certifications: MCSE / MCITP, Cisco (CCNA/CCNP) or VMware (preferred)
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and Windows Server administration
