DSP Group in Dubai seeks a part-time IT Administrator to support technology needs across multiple businesses. Responsibilities include managing IT infrastructure, CRM, domains, cybersecurity, and leveraging AI tools.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure across multiple businesses — email systems, networks, VPN, and endpoints
- Set up and maintain data centre servers, including configuration, monitoring, backups, and disaster recovery
- Administer CRM software for our car dealership, including setup, user training, and data management
- Manage all domains, DNS records, SSL certificates, hosting accounts, and company websites
- Build and maintain a licence and payment tracking system
- Install, configure, and maintain office CCTV/IP camera systems
- Maintain a full IT equipment inventory and manage procurement
- Implement cybersecurity measures: 2FA, antivirus, password policies, email security (SPF/DKIM/DMARC)
- Propose and implement new IT solutions that improve how we work
- Research and recommend cost saving measures in IT
- Leverage Claude (Anthropic) at an advanced level — set up AI agents, automate workflows
- Document all systems, configurations, and procedures in a central knowledge base
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands on IT administration experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace administration
- Experience with server setup, configuration, and maintenance (physical and/or cloud based)
- Experience setting up and managing VPN solutions
- Working knowledge of Zoho CRM platform
- Proficiency in domain management, DNS, web hosting, and WordPress or similar CMS
- Familiarity with IP camera / CCTV systems
- Solid networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi Fi, routers, switches)
- Organised: Proven ability to manage licence tracking and IT budgets
- AI savvy: Advanced knowledge of Claude (Anthropic) — able to set up agents, build automations, and deploy Claude across business workflows
- Fluent in English and Russian (both required)
- Must hold own valid UAE residence visa (freelance permit or family visa)

- DSP Group is a Dubai based family business portfolio that includes DSP Motor (car dealership) and several other businesses. We are looking for a hands on, resourceful IT Administrator to support our technology needs across all our companies on a part time basis.
What You'll Do
