DSP Motor is seeking a Customer Engagement & CRM Executive to own the customer journey from first contact to handover to sales, managing CRM, lead qualification, and showroom experience.

Responsibilities
- Own the customer experience from first enquiry through showroom visit to seamless transition to sales team
- Create exceptional first impression and build trusted relationships reflecting the brand
- Become a trusted product expert, conduct vehicle walk arounds and introductory presentations
- Own all inbound customer enquiries across phone, WhatsApp, website, social media and walk ins
- Qualify customer enquiries before assigning to sales team
- Act as CRM champion, ensure every lead is accurately captured and data is accurate
- Drive follow up activities to maximize lead conversion
- Prepare weekly insights on lead performance, customer trends and showroom activity
- Analyze CRM data to identify opportunities to improve conversion and customer engagement
- Ensure showroom is customer ready and professionally presented
- Represent DSP Motor during customer events, exhibitions and launches
- Support creation of engaging showroom and product content for digital channels
Requirements
- Proven experience in a premium customer facing, commercial or customer engagement role
- Experience using CRM systems and managing customer leads
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Bachelor's degree is an advantage but not required
- Comfortable working showroom hours, including weekends

About the Role
- This is a founding commercial customer experience role, not a front desk position. You will own the customer journey from first interaction until seamless transition to the sales consultant.
Customer Engagement
- Own the customer experience from first enquiry through showroom visit to a seamless transition to the sales team.
- Create an exceptional first impression for every customer visiting DSP Motor and build trusted relationships that reflect the brand.
- Become a trusted product expert by confidently explaining vehicle features, technology, and benefits, conducting vehicle walk arounds, introductory product presentations, and supporting vehicle demonstrations when required.
CRM & Lead Management
- Own all inbound customer enquiries across phone, WhatsApp, website, social media and walk ins.
- Qualify customer enquiries before assigning them to the sales team.
- Act as CRM champion for the showroom, ensuring every lead is accurately captured and customer data and pipeline remain accurate.
- Drive follow up activities to maximize lead conversion, monitoring response times and lead quality.
- Prepare weekly insights on lead performance, customer trends and showroom activity.
- Analyze CRM data to identify opportunities to improve conversion and customer engagement.
Showroom Operations
- Ensure the showroom is always customer ready, professionally presented and aligned with DSP Motor's brand standards.
- Proactively identify operational issues affecting the customer experience and coordinate timely resolution with internal teams or external suppliers.
- Identify opportunities to improve showroom operations, customer flow and overall visitor experience.
Brand & Commercial Support
- Represent DSP Motor during customer events, exhibitions and launches, engaging visitors and capturing leads generated through events.
- Support the creation of engaging showroom and product content for digital channels, confidently participating in product videos where appropriate.
- Support the sales team throughout the customer journey to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Ensure smooth handovers between customer engagement and sales consultants.
- Work collaboratively with sales, marketing and operations to achieve showroom objectives.
- Become the Voice of the Customer by identifying recurring themes, customer expectations and improvement opportunities.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in a premium customer facing, commercial or customer engagement role.
- Experience using CRM systems and managing customer leads. Experience with Zoho advantageous.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Bachelor's degree is an advantage but not required.
- Comfortable working showroom hours, including weekends.

- Premium automotive.
- Luxury hospitality or airlines.
- Luxury retail.
- Customer Success or Customer Experience.
- Premium real estate or similar customer centric industries.
