- The service provides administrative and coordination support to the Information Security, Risk, and Business Continuity functions, including:
- **Assisting in the preparation and formatting of governance documentation** such as policies, procedures, reports, and presentations.
- **Supporting the drafting of procurement documentation**, including RFP inputs, scope descriptions, and supporting materials.
- **Coordinating meetings, workshops, and communications** between cybersecurity teams, IT teams, business units, and external vendors.
- **Preparing meeting agendas, documenting minutes**, and tracking action items and follow-up activities.
- **Monitoring and tracking progress** of cybersecurity initiatives, deliverables, and governance activities.
- **Supporting procurement coordination activities**, including vendor documentation and proposal follow-ups.
- **Assisting with administrative tracking of budgets** and financial follow-ups related to cybersecurity initiatives.
- **Organizing and maintaining governance documentation**, records, and repositories.
- **Supporting the collection and organization of documentation** required for audits, assessments, and compliance activities.
- **Assisting in preparing management dashboards**, presentations, and status reports.
