12+ years of industry, consulting, technology, or business transformation experience.

Deep understanding of industry operations, market dynamics, business processes, and customer challenges.

Ability to identify business issues and translate them into strategic opportunities.

Strong understanding of Microsoft Cloud, Business Applications, Data, and AI technologies.

Ability to connect technology investments with business objectives and measurable outcomes.

Experience supporting business development, strategic pursuits, consulting engagements, or transformation initiatives.

Ability to develop business cases, value propositions, and strategic recommendations.

Proven ability to influence across matrixed organizations.

Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
