Position Overview
Serve as an Industrial Security Guard at a busy logistics facility.
Protect people, property, trailers, vehicles, and other client assets through vigilance and professional security practices.
Compensation and Benefits
- The wage is $19 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package.
- The opportunity is full-time with a Tuesday through Friday schedule from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
- Continuing education costs are covered through GardaWorld Academy.
- Uniforms are provided at no cost, with career growth and employee recognition opportunities.
Security Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access at the feeder gate.
- Verify vehicle movements, trailers, and authorized personnel.
- Conduct patrols of the gate area and surrounding perimeter.
- Protect client assets, including trailers and vehicles.
- Question and document unauthorized or suspicious activity.
- Escalate incidents to police first, then notify management according to standard operating procedures.
- Complete detailed patrol and incident reports.
- Maintain vigilance during overnight and low-activity periods.
