Review all submitted team incident reports for quality assurance. Liaise with client, contractors, tenants, emergency services. Review and export of CCTV footage using digital CCTV systems. Providing excellent customer service to various tenants. Provide first aid and basic life safety in an emergency situation. Must be able to cover a guards shift on a as needed basis. Coordinating day to day operations to the shift supervisor Qualifications we require for an Commercial Shift Security Supervisor in Calgary 1-3 years experience in security supervisor experience Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Valid Alberta Security license Must be able to work 4/4 12 hour rotational shift 2 days/2 nights Exceptional interpersonal skills both oral and written. Demonstrated ability to follow operational security measures, protect confidential information, and exercise good judgment and discretion. Demonstrated comprehension of the Canadian Criminal Code and Trespass to Property Act powers of arrest Must have strong customer service skills, mature attitude and professionalism Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment Leadership and mentorship skills Able to work in a team environment or independently as required
