What You'll Do
- Conduct a comprehensive Value Stream Map (VSM) of the production floor operations, capturing process flows, cycle times, waste identification, and improvement opportunities across the AIT and manufacturing sequence.

- Detailed Value Stream Map of the full production floor
- Waste identification and cycle time analysis report
- Improvement opportunity recommendations
- Final presentation of findings to operations leadership
