Program Structure
Associates will begin their career at LDC by completing four six-month assignments in different departments at two LDC locations, allowing for a well-rounded experience. The departments include: project engineering, process engineering, maintenance and reliability, safety health and environmental, quality assurance, and industrial operations.

Job Locations
- Geographic mobility is a core requirement of this program. Final placement will be determined based on business needs and may require relocation.
- Various locations in US and Canada – must be open to relocation.
- Industrial environment – working at heights, stair climbing, confined spaces, varying temperatures, grain dust. Personal Protective Equipment is provided & required.
