- Have previously built something concrete: a client portfolio, partner network, commercial project, community or your own business
- Based in Dubai or the UAE with an established local or professional network
- Comfortable approaching organisations directly, starting conversations and managing your own activity independently
- Have a genuine interest in children, families, creativity and meaningful family experiences

The Opportunity
- This is a business opportunity for experienced professionals who want to build their own independent activity while introducing a meaningful children and family brand to a new market.
- You will develop your own approach across digital and local channels, building partnerships, creating opportunities and managing your own pipeline, with onboarding, marketing resources and ongoing support provided.
- This is not a teaching, content creation or administrative role. It requires proactive business development, direct outreach, partnership creation and the ability to work autonomously.
You Are Likely a Strong Fit If You
- Have 10+ years of professional experience in business development, sales, partnerships, consulting, events, marketing or entrepreneurship
- Have previously built something concrete: a client portfolio, partner network, commercial project, community or your own business
- Are based in Dubai or the UAE with an established local or professional network
- Are comfortable approaching organisations directly, starting conversations and managing your own activity independently
