About The Role

• This is an independent, flexible opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, sharing meaningful concepts and creating growth opportunities across digital, partnership and local channels.
• As an independent partner, you will have the freedom to develop a growth strategy that reflects your own strengths, experience and network, while introducing LearnyKids to the audiences and partners that feel most relevant in your market.
• Your approach may include digital outreach, social media, online communities, partnerships, events, family networks, schools, nurseries, activity providers or other relevant local opportunities.
• You will receive onboarding, product information and support to understand the LearnyKids universe and present it professionally.
• What you may be doing
• Depending on your strengths, experience and network, your activity may include:
• Developing your own strategy to grow LearnyKids through digital, partnership and local channels
• Sharing the LearnyKids universe with families, online communities and relevant local audiences
• Creating opportunities through social media, digital outreach, events, family networks and community groups
• Building relationships with potential partners such as schools, nurseries, children’s centres, activity providers and family-focused organisations
• Identifying new ways to introduce personalised stories, creative experiences and learning resources to families
• Following up with interested contacts in a professional, friendly and consistent way
• Representing the brand with care, positivity and integrity
• You may be a good fit if you
• Have strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Enjoy speaking with people and creating trust
• Are interested in children’s learning, creativity, family experiences or positive education
• Have experience in sales, education, marketing, events, customer service, entrepreneurship or family-related services
• Are comfortable working independently and managing your own activity
• Are based in Dubai or the UAE, or have a good understanding of the local market
• Would like to be part of a meaningful children-focused project with international potential
• Previous experience in education or sales is helpful, but not essential. What matters most is your motivation, professionalism and ability to connect with people.
