Position Overview
The Inclusion Support Learning Coach provides tailored academic support for KG–12 students through targeted interventions and individualized learning plans.
The role collaborates with leadership, learning coaches, families, and external specialists to support an inclusive learning environment.
The position also supports placement assessments, student support meetings, academic integrity, and broader learning-coach duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as an essential member of the iCademy Middle East Inclusion Support Team.
- Provide academic support to KG–12 students through pull-in and pull-out sessions.
- Implement programs and interventions for students with learning, behavioral, and physical special education needs.
- Collaborate with senior leaders, learning coaches, parents or guardians, and external providers.
- Assist with placement assessments for incoming students.
- Develop Individual Learning Plans with relevant stakeholders.
- Implement accommodations specified in Individual Learning Plans with the Inclusion Team and course teachers.
- Participate in Student Support Team meetings as required.
- Guide students through assigned grade-level curricula and monitor progress, attendance, and grades.
- Develop or locate additional learning resources and encourage participation in live teaching and help sessions.
