- Relevant qualification or SEN training is an advantage, but not essential

Job Description
- We are looking for a kind, patient, and dedicated Special Educational Needs Assistant to join our supportive school community.
- This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about helping children with additional needs thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
- As a SEN Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and the SEN team to support students either one to one or in small groups, helping them feel safe, confident, and included in their learning environment.
Your Role Will Include
- Supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN/SEND) in and outside the classroom
- Assisting with learning activities tailored to individual needs
- Encouraging positive behaviour, independence, and social skills
- Supporting students with autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, or physical needs (depending on placement)
- Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and parents
- Helping to create a calm, inclusive, and nurturing environment
What We’re Looking For
