- Manage the creation, review, distribution, and filing of project and company documents
- Maintain document control registers and tracking logs
- Ensure all documents are properly classified, archived, and easily retrievable
- Monitor document revisions and maintain version control
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders regarding document submissions and approvals
- Ensure compliance with company document management procedures and standards
- Prepare regular reports on document status and outstanding submissions
- Support audits by providing required documentation and records
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field
- 2 3 years of experience as a Document Controller or similar administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with document management systems (DMS/EDMS) is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Job Summary
