We're looking for an Import & Export Specialist who will be responsible of supporting the plant, with Imported and exported Shipment activities.

This includes coordinating supplier shipment bookings, following up with logistics partners, liaising with customs clearance agents, communicating with relevant government authorities, and monitoring permits and regulatory requirements to ensure timely and compliant movement of goods.

What You Will Do

  • Oversee end-to-end import and export logistics operations, ensuring timely and compliant shipment execution
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, courier partners, and regulatory authorities across Saudi Arabia
  • Manage shipping documentation, customs clearance processes, certifications, permits, and regulatory platform submissions (Saber / FASAH)
  • Ensure compliance with local customs regulations, tariff classifications, and import/export requirements
  • Track shipment status and provide regular operational updates to key stakeholders
  • Support international product, raw material, and maintenance-related shipments across global operations
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, operations, and plant leadership to support business continuity
  • Provide administrative support including PO management and operational coordination
  • Other general Task:
  • Maintain internal and external communications to ensure message continuity.
  • Coordinate internally with other management staff members for completing given assignments.
  • Coordinate with HR regarding HR processes and needed actions.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of plant.
  • Issue PO and follow on approval if required.
  • Take over administration task during administrator assistant Vacation

What We Are Looking For

  • Years and Type of Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience working in retail, FMCG and consulting.

Education Level And Degree

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business, or related field is preferable or equivalent working experience.

Other Skills & Languages Required

  • Languages Required:
  • Arabic (being a Native speaker is a must)
  • English (Professional).
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Working as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong follow up skills
  • Microsoft office.
