• Coordinate day-to-day implementation activities, ensuring responsibilities, deadlines and next steps are clear to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Partner with the Project Manager to maintain project plans and documentation, communicate progress, and escalate risks, dependencies, delays and proposed scope or timeline changes for resolution. • Guide customers through their implementation journey by providing clear, timely and professional communication about requirements, milestones and timelines.
• Set up and maintain detailed project plans, including key milestones, dependencies, action items and target dates.
• Monitor project progress and follow up proactively with customers and internal stakeholders on outstanding actions or information.
• Maintain accurate project records, including decisions, meeting notes, action items, status updates and other relevant documentation.
• Support the Project Manager in tracking changes to project scope and timelines, communicating potential impacts and escalating decisions as needed.
• Identify and document project risks and issues early, supporting the Project Manager and relevant stakeholders with timely resolution.
• Use project management and collaboration tools to track performance, maintain visibility and report on key milestones.
• Work closely with Sales, Customer Success and other internal teams to support smooth transitions throughout the customer journey.
• Develop a strong understanding of Mindbody products, implementation processes and project management best practices.
• Contribute to improvements in implementation processes, tools and customer experiences by sharing observations and ideas with the team.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the emotional intelligence to engage effectively and professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate project information and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust, maintain composure under pressure and respond proactively to customer concerns.
• A strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a consistent focus on following through and achieving results.
• The ability to identify risks, anticipate next steps and escalate concerns appropriately.
• Effective problem-solving skills and a willingness to ask questions, seek guidance and learn.
