· Experience: 10+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 3–5 years in a formal leadership or people management role.
· Certifications: Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Consultant (Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud) certifications are required. Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile (CSM) certifications are highly preferred.
· Strategic Acumen: Demonstrated ability to translate complex business problems into multi-year technical roadmaps.
· Technical Breadth: Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including multi-org strategies, complex integrations (MuleSoft/Zapier), and DevOps cycles.
· Leadership Skills: Proven track record of managing technical teams, resolving internal conflicts, and developing talent.
