- Ensure accurate imaging of devices per customer build sheet at scale
- Hands-on technical imaging, reimaging and deploying systems and appropriate peripherals
- Triage and repair device tech support issues; including documentation
- Properly log tickets with vendors such as Lenovo, Dell & Client for warranty repairs
- Manage relevant inventory
- Assist with creating and maintaining all policies, procedures and best practices
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Exquisite attention to detail and accuracy
- Customer service oriented and ability to work with and resolve complex issues
- Ability to plan and arrange activities
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
