- Led end-to-end IFS ERP implementations including requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), go-live, and post-implementation support
- Conducted business process workshops to analyze As-Is processes and design optimized To-Be processes aligned with IFS best practices
- Configured IFS Cloud modules based on functional and business requirements to ensure effective system delivery
- Managed system testing cycles (SIT, UAT support), defect tracking, resolution, and deployment activities
- Supported data migration validation, integration testing, and cutover/go-live activities ensuring smooth implementation
