About the Role
Accenture Middle East is seeking an Identity Management Consultant (SME) in Riyadh to design and implement IAM solutions. The role requires 4+ years in IT services and 2+ years in IAM, with expertise in tools like SailPoint, Azure AD, and Okta.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements for Identity Governance and Administration solutions.
- Build policies, processes, and frameworks related to identity and access management.
- Conduct assessments of clients' existing IAM processes, systems, and controls.
- Develop Identity and Access Management strategies, architectures, and implementation plans.
- Define technical and business requirements for IAM solutions.
- Advise on implementation of new IAM features tailored to the environment.
- Establish link between IAM team and business stakeholders.
- Configure and customize IGA and Access Management platforms.
- Develop and implement access control policies, roles, and entitlements.
- Provide guidance on best practices for identity lifecycle management, access certification, RBAC, and compliance reporting.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate IGA solutions.
- Provide training and support to clients' teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in IT services and information security
- Minimum 2 years of experience working on identity and access management
- Familiarity with IAM systems (Microsoft AD, Azure AD, Intra ID, ADFS, MDM Intune, Office 365)
- Familiarity with IAM systems (SailPoint, Entra ID, ForgeRock, Okta, Novell) and Directories (LDAP, AD)
- Experience in Microsoft AD, Azure AD, Intra ID, MFA, SSO, PAM, IGA, and Office 365
- Familiarity with RBAC and Role Engineering
- Prior consulting experience and excellent customer facing skills are highly desirable
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Certification in SailPoint IdentityIQ Associate Certification, BeyondTrust PAM/EPM, or OCJP/SCJP preferred

- Provide guidance and expertise on best practices for identity lifecycle management, access certification, role based access control, and compliance reporting.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams, including security, IT, and compliance, to integrate IGA solutions.
Requirements
- Proven track record with 4+ years of experience in IT services and information security.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working on identity and access management.
- Familiarity with identity and Access management systems (Microsoft AD, Azure AD, Intra ID, ADFS, MDM intune, Office 365).
- Familiarity with identity and Access management systems (SailPoint, Entra ID, ForgeRock, Okta, Novell) and Directories (LDAP, AD).
- Experience in Microsoft AD, Azure AD, Intra ID, MFA, SSO, PAM, IGA, and Office 365.
