Role Overview
The role is an ICT infrastructure architecture and site supervision position for a complex project in Riyadh.
The work covers ICT design review, technical coordination, implementation support, quality assurance, compliance, and project reporting.
The role provides technical leadership for scalable, resilient, secure, and future-ready ICT infrastructure supporting airport operational systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and optimization of ICT infrastructure solutions.
- Review high-level ICT architectural designs supporting data center modernization and resilient operations.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into practical technical solutions aligned with industry standards.
- Support implementation and integration of network, data center, and ICT infrastructure systems.
- Review technical submissions, designs, shop drawings, method statements, and proposed solutions.
- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and integrated systems testing at site.
- Conduct inspections and identify non-conformances, deficiencies, and coordination issues.
- Coordinate with contractors, designers, clients, and other disciplines to resolve ICT interface issues.
- Review material submittals, technical data sheets, samples, and equipment proposals.
- Monitor ICT work quality and progress and report technical issues and corrective actions.
- Verify installed ICT systems against approved designs, specifications, codes, and standards.
- Review as-built drawings, operation and maintenance documentation, and handover deliverables.
Technical Qualifications
- The role requires capability in ICT infrastructure architecture, technical coordination, and project delivery.
- The work requires knowledge of network infrastructure, data centers, communications systems, cloud infrastructure, and disaster recovery.
- The role requires application of industry standards, cybersecurity requirements, and client governance frameworks.
- The role requires coordination of ICT requirements with architectural, MEP, security, civil, and related disciplines.
Work Setting
- The position includes regular site supervision, inspections, installation oversight, testing, commissioning, and compliance monitoring.
Standards and Resilience
Data center resilience strategy may involve Tier III or Tier IV standards, Uptime Institute standards, ANSI/TIA, BICSI, ISO/IEC, and cybersecurity frameworks.
The role supports integration between ICT infrastructure and airport operational systems.
