- Oversee change impact assessments, rollback plans, and implementation schedules
- Monitor change performance, success rates, and post implementation reviews (PIRs)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT operations, change management, or a related role
- Strong knowledge of IT service management and change management best practices
- Experience working with governance frameworks and structured approval processes
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)

Role Overview
- We are looking for a skilled ICT Governance & Change Management Specialist to lead and govern the technology change management lifecycle.
- The role ensures that all technology changes are implemented in a controlled, compliant, and business aligned manner.
- The contract duration is 12 months, with the possibility of extension based on departmental requirements.

Requirements

- Excellent analytical, coordination, and documentation skills

- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, COBIT) are considered a plus
