IBS Design

Mindpool Technologies Limited is hiring for IBS Design in Noida, UP.

Works independently with little direction on complex system performance, 4G/5G Radio Access Network (RAN) design, transmission, equipment, and/or traffic engineering activities.

GSSR/TSSR understanding for Pre-site survey, RF coverage survey (frequency scan test, walk test review). Preparing DAS plan & design for LTE/5G(mmW & Sub6) network using iBWave or RANPLAN design tool. Bill of quantity arrangement or BOM management for the different venue together. Understand Walk test signal coverage & quality check performance and apply in to design self-check on design output and performance review & analysis (Rx Level, RSRP, SINR, RSRQ KPI analyses) Responsible for documentation arrangement & preparation (GSSR/TSSR, design pack, DAS Installation quality document, walk test result report document) Indoor design correction and optimization based on TSSR and customer requirements on LTE/5G. calculate number of sector/cells required based on venue capacity & size of the venue. Interaction /presents with customer and clarification of technical issue. Skill Requirements: Familiar with passive and active components and equipment specs; Proficient in distributed antenna system (DAS) & Small cell (SC) design as per different scenarios by using iBwave or RANPLAN. Familiar with In-building RF planning and optimization. Also knowledge on step by step procedure on IBS design. Understanding on AutoCAD drawings and should prepare the 3D image for design purpose. Knowledge on Link budget & power calculation & bill of quantity arrangement. Hands on experience for DAS design on stadium/Airport/Malls and high capacity indoor venues Hands on experience for Small cell design for enterprises and office campus. Tool knowledge : iBwave, RANPLAN preferred Technical Knowledge : 4G & 5G architecture, performance and KPI knowledge, Sector/Capacity calculation, Link budget and system power calculation.
