Essential Qualifications
- · Numeracy and English literacy skills.
- · Food Safety, Food Hygiene, and HACCP Level 2.
- · Experience working in a food manufacturing hygiene or cleaning environment.
- · Strong understanding of GMP and hygiene standards.
- · Confident trainer with clear communication skills.
- · Good organisational and record‑keeping skills.
Desirable
· Previous experience in a training or coaching role.
· Knowledge of BRCGS standards.
· Food Hygiene Level 3.
· HACCP certification.
· Train‑the‑Trainer qualification.
· COSHH or chemical safety training experience.
· FMCG experience.
