- Monitor and maintain food safety and hygiene standards across all departments
- Conduct regular hygiene inspections and audits throughout the property
- Ensure compliance with HACCP requirements and food safety regulations
- Support implementation and continuous improvement of hygiene management systems
- Deliver hygiene and food safety training to team members
- Monitor cleaning schedules and sanitation procedures
- Investigate hygiene related incidents and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with operational teams to ensure a safe and hygienic working environment
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to food safety and hygiene compliance
- Assist during internal and external audits and inspections
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Hygiene Officer, Food Safety Officer, or similar role within hospitality, hotels, restaurants, or catering operations
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety regulations, and hygiene management systems
- Relevant food safety and hygiene certifications
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
- Strong communication and training skills
- Ability to build positive working relationships across multiple departments
- Good organizational and reporting skills

The Role
- We are looking for a passionate and detail oriented Hygiene Officer to uphold the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety across the property.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Monitoring and maintaining food safety and hygiene standards across all departments.
- Conducting regular hygiene inspections and audits throughout the property.
- Ensuring compliance with HACCP requirements and food safety regulations.
