- Monitor and maintain food safety and hygiene standards across all departments.
- Conduct regular hygiene inspections and audits throughout the property.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP requirements and food safety regulations.
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of hygiene management systems.
- Deliver hygiene and food safety training to team members.
- Monitor cleaning schedules and sanitation procedures.
- Investigate hygiene related incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with operational teams to ensure a safe and hygienic working environment.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to food safety and hygiene compliance.
- Assist during internal and external audits and inspections.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Hygiene Officer, Food Safety Officer, or similar role within hospitality, hotels, restaurants, or catering operations.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety regulations, and hygiene management systems.
- Relevant food safety and hygiene certifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Strong communication and training skills.
- Ability to build positive working relationships across multiple departments.
- Good organizational and reporting skills.
- A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance.

The Role
- We are looking for a passionate and detail oriented Hygiene Officer to uphold the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety across the property.
What You’ll Be Doing
