- Perform inspection, disassembly, repair, overhaul, assembly, and testing of aircraft hydraulic components and systems
- Troubleshoot hydraulic malfunctions and determine corrective actions
- Read and interpret CMM, AMM, Service Bulletins, Engineering Orders, and technical drawings
- Operate hydraulic test benches, pressure systems, and specialized aerospace tooling
- Conduct dimensional inspections and functional testing of hydraulic units
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with GCAA, EASA Part 145, FAA standards, and company quality procedures
- Complete maintenance documentation and work orders accurately
- Maintain tooling calibration and workshop housekeeping standards
- Support incoming inspections, material control, and component traceability requirements
- Coordinate with engineering, quality assurance, and planning departments

- Operate hydraulic test benches, pressure systems, and specialized aerospace tooling.
- Conduct dimensional inspections and functional testing of hydraulic units.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with UAE GCAA, EASA Part 145, FAA standards where applicable, and company quality and safety procedures.
