Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard Emirati brokers and brokerage firms across the UAE
- Build and maintain strong long term relationships with brokers to support business growth and increase sales performance
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned brokers, ensuring a high level of service and support
- Assist brokers throughout the registration, onboarding, and documentation processes
- Promote company projects, launches, and investment opportunities to broker partners
- Coordinate internally with relevant departments to resolve operational issues and facilitate commission related matters
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and networking activities to strengthen broker engagement
- Monitor broker performance and identify opportunities to increase market penetration and sales volume
- Maintain accurate records and updates through CRM systems and internal platforms
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions across the UAE
Requirements
- Experience in business development or broker relations
- Ability to identify, approach, and onboard brokers
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems and maintaining records
- Willingness to attend industry events and network
